Terms and conditions

To place an order at Wevolved, we offer three alternatives:
– Via the internet, via the website: 24/24h and 7/7 days
– Via telephone/Whatsapp: (+351 ) 916 536 604 from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday (subject to confirmation by email)
– Via email: The customer will receive, by email, confirmation of the order placed.


The photographs that illustrate the products do not enter into the contractual field and do not replace any commitment on the part of Wevolved.
On the other hand, with regard to technical data sheets and product descriptions, Wevolved declines all responsibility for the possible existence of errors in their content.


The sales prices indicated on the website are in Euros, with taxes and fees included. Delivery costs, depending on the products ordered, are borne by the customer and are charged at the end of the order. These expenses will be automatically calculated by the system for certain countries. Please note that, for the rest of the countries, delivery costs will be calculated and then confirmed by email to the customer.
Wevolved reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it tries to apply the current rates that were indicated on the website when the customer placed the order.


Wevolved respects order deadlines as long as stock is available. In the event that one of the requested products is not available in stock, Wevolved will contact the customer by email or telephone within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the order, in order to inform the new delivery deadline. of product.
However, if one of the ordered products is unavailable, Wevolved undertakes to offer its customer similar products at the same price. In case of refusal by the customer, Wevolved will refund the product if necessary.


Products purchased on the Website are delivered to European Union countries. Your order will be delivered to the address that the customer indicates at the time of purchase.
Wevolved offers 2 (two) delivery methods:
Via regular mail, to the islands, and courier to mainland Portugal, Spain and the rest of Europe.
Each shipment is accompanied by an envelope containing the following documents: Original and Duplicate Invoice. Product deliveries are made on working days, without prior telephone notice, within normal opening hours. Deliveries are not made during non-business hours. As an indication, without this entailing any obligation for Wevolved and except for the unavailability of the products on the market or other possible causes of force majeure, the merchandise will be delivered according to the following deadlines:

The order will be delivered, by the carrier, within 4 (four) working days after we have received confirmation of payment, or within 9 (nine) working days, to the islands via the post office.
If the order is not received within the indicated deadlines, an investigation will be carried out with the carrier, which may take a few days.
The Customer must contact Wevolved Customer Service and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order will have to be verified and confirmed.
The customer has the right, upon receipt of their order, to open the packaging to check that the product is in accordance with what was ordered and that it has no external defects. If the product is not the one ordered or has visible defects, Wevolved advises the customer to refuse delivery. When refusing delivery, the customer must write the problem detected on the carrier’s note and return the product to the carrier, who will take care of the return. Within the next 24 hours, you must send an email to Wevolved’s “Customer Service”, indicating the problem detected. Once the package has been delivered by the carrier, Wevolved is not responsible for any problems arising during transportation.
Please note that Wevolved will be obliged to refuse any request for refund or replacement (right of withdrawal) for products that present external defects and that have been accepted by our customers at the time of delivery.
The right of withdrawal remains valid in cases of technical problems that are detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided for by law.
What to do at the time of delivery:

  1. Check that the packaging is in perfect condition.
  2. Open the package and ask the courier to wait for verification (this is the customer’s right).
  3. Check that the product complies with the order placed and that it has no visible defects. If everything is in order, accept delivery.
  4. If there is any non-conformity, that is, an error in the requested product, or a visible defect, you must refuse delivery and fill in the detected problem on the carrier’s note.
  5. Return the package(s) and all its contents to the courier (transport company).
  6. In the case of deliveries by the carrier where the package was not checked, the customer will have 24 hours to report the problem to our “Customer Service” by calling 916 536 604.


Payment by bank transfer is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The bank transfer must be made within 1 (one) week from the moment the order was placed. After this period, the order will be cancelled;
  2. To simplify the processing of your order, when possible, do not forget to indicate the order reference when making the bank transfer.
  3. After making the bank transfer, you must send a copy of the receipt to the email
  4. Once payment is confirmed, Wevolved will send the order to the indicated address, which may take 24/48 hours.

Multibank payment:

  1. At the end of the order, the customer will receive an ATM reference and the respective order value.
  2. After carrying out the operation at the ATM, and confirming your payment, the order will be dispatched.

Easypay payment (Multibanco Reference, VISA and MASTERCARD)

  1. At the end of the order, choose the Easypay payment method and the necessary data will be provided to pay for your order.
  2. If you choose this payment method, Wevolved will automatically receive proof of your payment and the order will be shipped.


To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must resend by registered letter, within 14 days from receipt of the order, all the material received. This material must be new and complete (accessories, manuals…), and the products must be sent back to us in the original packaging.
This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manual…) and in good condition. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer cannot be accepted. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Wevolved will do its best to reimburse the customer quickly, taking into account, however, that this period will depend on the technical evaluations that will be carried out on the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days (counted upon arrival of the even to Wevolved).


The user must return the product in the same package used in the first delivery. Whenever possible, the user must accompany the product to be returned with all original boxes, instructions/documents and packaging materials. The Seller will inspect the returned product. Any product that has been damaged, that is not in the same condition in which the user received it or that shows signs of use beyond simply opening the packaging, does not entitle you to a refund.

The User will be responsible for transport costs (shipping and collection costs).


Every product sold benefits from a guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 (two) years from delivery of the good.
Shipping fees for the product(s) are borne by the customer. Wevolved undertakes to carry out any necessary repairs. Whatever the problem with your product, you must send a copy of the invoice with the faulty device.
Please note, the warranty does not apply or partially applies to the repair of problems resulting from a cause external to the device (for example, accident, shock, lightning, a power outage…), use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications , use that is harmful to the good conservation of the device, use of a commercial or collective nature, use of unsuitable peripherals, accessories or consumables. In case of non-acceptance of the repair, the manufacturer will establish a quote.

Warranties for products sold by Wevolved do not cover:
– replacement of consumables
– abnormal or non-compliant use of products.
– any other type of damage that is not derived from defects in workmanship or materials;

We ask that you carefully read the user manual provided with the products,
– malfunctions and consequences related to the intervention of a company not authorized by Wevolved,
– faults and consequences related to any external cause.
In any case, Wevolved cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply the guarantee.
If you do not accept the budget established by the manufacturer, the manufacturer may request payment of administrative fees.
If you agree with the budget, you must make a bank transfer corresponding to the budget amount.


For the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the court in the customer’s place of domicile will have jurisdiction. However, in the case of an action to be brought by the customer, the customer may choose between the court of their domicile and the Courts of Wevolved’s domicile.

Wevolved is not responsible for delays or non-compliance with contracts due to force majeure, disturbance, total or partial strike, postal services and means of transport or communication, flood, fire or war.

Wevolved is not responsible for any indirect damage, loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the website. Even though our products have performance compatible with professional uses, Wevolved is not aimed at a professional audience.
Wevolved will therefore not be able to see its responsibility compromised for any loss resulting from a professional activity.


The information that the customer communicates on our Website is essential for processing the order, establishing invoices and warranty contracts, without them, the order will be automatically cancelled. By writing on our Website, the customer undertakes to provide us with sincere and truthful information. The communication of false information is contrary to these general conditions, as well as the conditions of use that appear on our Website. The customer has the permanent right to access and rectify all data concerning him, in accordance with European texts and national laws in force (article 34 of the Law of January 6, 1978). The customer may at any time request confirmation of the existence of their personal data from Wevolved, and also modify them. Promotional emails (e-mails) with news, sales, exclusives, good deals, etc., will be sent to customers. The customer may request to no longer receive emails from us at any time. Wevolved is the sole holder of information concerning customers. Only Wevolved and its contractual partners can send information within the framework of accurate and punctual promotional operations. These partners were chosen especially by Wevolved and are recognized for the quality of their products and services.


All content on the Wevolved Site (illustrations, texts, titles, brands, images, videos) is the property of Wevolved, its co-contractors or partners. The partial or total reproduction of the content through any procedure and on any support is subject to prior and express authorization from Wevolved. All information, content, documents and software offered by our services are protected by international legislation with regard to intellectual property and copyright. Wevolved cannot authorize the copying, presentation or distribution of content for which you do not have the intellectual property rights. Any fraudulent use of rights obtained by third parties constitutes a crime of counterfeiting, severely sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code.
Wevolved will not be responsible, in any way, for a user’s violation of rights obtained by third parties and perpetrated by the latter’s activities on the website.
